RETURNS AND REFUNDS
SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS:
Return shipping is free for items purchased at full price or for defective items.
Free return shipping is valid exclusively for one return of goods.
The following shipping costs will apply to the return of sales or promotional items:
Italy, San Marino, The Vatican City: € 10
EU, Switzerland, UK: € 25
The Rest of The World: € 40
ALL CUSTOMS CHARGES ARE TO BE BORNE BY CUSTOMERS
The above return shipping costs and import duty fees (when applied) willbe deducted from the total amount of the refund.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS
1. To request a return authorisation it is necessary to access the “log in /register” section on the website and insert your information.
2. Click on the “request a return”.
3. Select the articles you want to return and complete the steps.
4. After having confirmed your return request you will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail.
5. You will then receive a second e-mail containing:
-The return authorisation.
- The label of the courier selected by alephfashionstore.com to ship the return, a label that you will need to print two copies of, one to be given to the courier and one to attach to the outside of the parcel.
6. For collection of the goods the couriers will be contacted directly by alephfashionstore.com, you just need to wait and agree on the collection.
Authorised returns must be shipped with couriers indicated by alephfashionstore.com. alephfashionstore.com reserves the right not to accept returns in the event customers entrust shipments to couriers other than those sent to collect the goods and in the event the shipment entails additional costs for alephfashionstore.com or requires collection from one of the courier’s branches.
Returns authorised by alephfashionstore.com must be sent from the same country the original order was sent to.
Articles can be returned for refund only within 14 days from receiving the order.

REFUNDS:
If customers are not satisfied with their orders for whatever reason products can be returned in whole or in part only and exclusively for REFUNDS within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.
Once the returned goods have been checked and accepted refunds will be made.
If customers paid with a CREDIT CARD, the refunded amount will be visible on the next card statement. Processing times may vary according to the credit card company.
If customers paid by PAYPAL, the amount will be refunded to the original account.
If customers paid with CASH ON DELIVERY, (only for Italy) the refund will be made via bank or postal transfer.
If customers paid by BANK TRANSFER, the amount will be refunded to the original bank account within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
Refunds will be made in the same currency as the original purchase.
Any differences in refunded amounts may depend on variations in the exchange rate and will not be refunded.
In the event of mistakes made when ordering or wrong or defective merchandise by alephfashionstore.com, shipping costs and any customs duties will be paid by alephfashionstore.com.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Customers must follow the official return policy of alephfashionstore.com. Articles can only be returned for refund only. Returned items must have the Return Tags and Security Seals intact and attached to the returned items. They must not be removed or cut in any way. Returned items should have not been worn, altered or washed, any signs of wear will not be accepted. Shoe soles must not show any signs of use and be in perfect condition. Returned items must have their original tags, any original packaging received with the order and any other accessories (coat hangers, garment bags or dust covers). In the event the items to be shipped are shoes or other accessories the articles must be sent with their original boxes and they must not be altered, used or damaged including the outer packaging.
Transport costs to return products are to be borne by customers with the exception of returns for defective articles or shipping errors.
alephfashionstore.com reserves the right to refuse returns that have not been properly authorized or sent not in accordance with the return policy explained in detail online. In the event of non-authorised returns or those that do not comply with the expected standards the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address. If a non-authorised or non-compliant return is accepted alephfashionstore.com will be able to keep 10% of the value of the goods returned from the refund due. Alephfashionstore.com also reserves the right to ask for photographic evidence for returns relating to defective goods before authorising returns and will bear the shipping costs to return goods to the warehouse. In the event of defective goods or shipping errors alephfashionstore.com will cover the cost to return the goods without any cost to customers or refund any costs incurred. Alephfashionstore.com will not accept any articles that have been washed, worn or altered for any reason. alephfashionstore.com reserves the right to check returned goods and assess refunds on the basis of the condition of the returned goods.
Authorised returns must be shipped with the couriers indicated by alephfashionstore.com in the e-mail containing information with the return instructions. alephfashionstore.com reserves the right not to accept returns in the event customers entrust shipments to couriers other than those indicated and in the event the shipment entails additional costs for alephfashionstore.com or requires collection from one of the courier’s branches.
