In the event of any thefts or accidental damage some ALEPHFASHIONSTORE.COM shipments are insured without any additional cost to customers, but once shipments reach their destination they are no longer covered by this insurance.

Once orders are delivered customers are asked to check parcels carefully before accepting the goods.
All parcels from alephfashionstore.com are sealed with a printed adhesive tape. In the event customers receive parcels that have been opened by the Customs or Courier for external inspections parcels will be resealed with security tape.
If customers receive parcels that have been tampered with or the adhesive tape is not intact they can sign for delivery with reserve or they can refuse to accept them. In the event of damaged parcels if customers do not sign for deliveries with reserve deliveries are considered automatically accepted and therefore no complaints will be accepted.
If for any reason orders placed on alephfashionstore.com are not sent to customers addresses due to a lack of collaboration from customers (for example incorrect telephone numbers, incorrect addresses, inexistent addresses or failure to comply with import regulations), as per commercial agreements parcels will be returned to Italy at the cost of customers including import taxes. These costs will be deducted from any refunds.
Some shipments to Russia can be carried out with EMS.
